Central Demolition

We cannot recommend Central Demolition highly enough. We needed to demolish a large, over-engineered house that had many challenges (including asbestos). Given that our job was in Wellington and that Central Demolition are based out of Fielding we wondered if that would cause an issue, but it all worked out seamlessly.Ian and his team were incredibly professional - they did exactly what they said they would do, on time and with no drama or fuss. Their pricing was very reasonable and well explained. Their communication was wonderful - they were incredibly responsive if we had any questions and they were proactive so that we always felt we were informed.A couple of issues did occur along the way (which wasn't unexpected given the difficult position of the house) but Ian and Taare took total ownership of the problems and dealt with them quickly and professionally.If we ever need any further demolition done we will most certainly use Central Demolition again.

Poor attitude from the asbestos team, left the door wide open and didn’t protect the walls from the weather. Would stay clear from this company
