3 Wise Men - Christchurch Central

Overall experience was great !I really enjoyed my experience in the CBD store, the chat the care and attention. The new store manager Brandon is very Fridendly, patient and professional. I will definatelly come back again for more blazers and shoes :)

Ordered some items for click and collect. Tracking clearly shows they have been delivered to Chch store but they claim they don’t have them. Lady on phone was polite but also fairly sure she just couldn’t be bothered to look. Could be wrong but given the item is delivered to their store I bet I’m not.

Customer service by manager is pretty much like a untrained person. I bought two shirts from 3 wise men from Christchurch central store. Then i found at home one of them is not fitted properly. So i decided for refund. But manager she just said we don't have any policy for refund. Even i been there next day. Got bill and tags on it. H&M and kmart they do have return policies.Most important is the way she said that we dnt have refund policies you can get something else.But i dnt want any other one.

Went in today on a whim, feeling like looking around and maybe get some top quality clothing. I was greeted with a beaming smile, and provided some of the most outstanding customer service I've ever had. I'll definitely be returning to see Emma and her staff again in the future!

Great staff to deal with in both the Newmarket and Cashel St stores. Had a change of mind on shoes never worn that I purchased 3 months ago and they happily swapped them for some black leather boots (which I already had a tan pair). Staff in store and online were super helpful and I'm looking forward to shopping there again.

Good in store help and advice. Right balance of being there at the right time and not being too much. Styles all pretty good and the new chinos and cashmere knit are my new favourite things neither of which I would have associated with 3 Wise Men being any good at. Shirts good as usual but some of the tailored fit shirts are still a tad boxy. 10/10 would shop again.

Great store friendly staff. The inside of the store was tidy and well presented. Would definitely shop here again. Did walk out with more than I was going too so well done 3 wise men.

No return policy. I changed my mind because the quality of product wasn't as I expected. The shop assistent didn't even bother asking me why I changed my mind.

Given this shop is relatively new I was astounded at the level of service. In my first contact to the store via phone with Emma she was polite and asked if I would like to have some shoes set aside, hence the 2 stars not just 1.My instore experience was the total opposite. The last clothing store I went to I had gone in for a pair of 50 dollar sale price chinos and walked out with an entire outfit head to toe for me and my partner, all because the shop assistant showed she cared and offered recommendations and never acted like I was an interruption to their day, and as a direct result of great rapport building by the assistant I spent over $1000 instore that day.I love the brand 3 Wise Men and own several of their shirts, and clearly with good customer service I am easily upsold, even I know this!However upon trying on the shoes I had aside for me I literally had to ask may I try on the other shoe as well....isn't that supposed to be a given? That customers try on both of the shoes prior to their purchase? Not to her as she clearly reluctantly got the second shoe out of the box and handed it to me. Perhaps this is common practice for her as one shoe was clearly crinkled and had been tried on several times whilst the other was immaculate.Based on the fact she had said to me on the phone only hours earlier they have plenty of that shoe in my size I found it unusual that she paused and then claimed they were the last ones.I literally went online to 3 Wise Men and purchased the shoes I wanted as they offer free shipping and free returns so why wouldn't I?In the age of online shopping becoming more and more popular this store needs to ensure they have staff that go the extra mile, she could of pretended to go out back and look and at least it may of convinced me that they were in actual fact the last pair, but I got the feeling by her reaction and body language that she was lying to me. Give me a reason to spend more money in your shop and I will, I had gone to the trouble of finding a park in the CBD and seeking out your shop so go the extra mile and treat your customers with more respect and your sales will soar.Won't be back to this store, rather go online.
