I have been a Venluree customer for 23 years. The Licensee on the North Shore has got to offer the worst after sales service I have ever experienced. All I need is a simple repair. This is not the first time I have had this experience with the same Licensee. You are a customer service business - service your customer!!!The Venluree Head Office however were very friendly and helpful when I spoke to them. It is a shame that these people bring down the good name of Venluree!!

Enjoyed my experience. Curtains and blinds were delivered and installed on time. Had a minor problem which was sorted promptly. They wanted a happy customer and they got one.
