Helen Kalin only covered for someone, when I walked in and needed help but she provided an absolute amazing service!!! Thank you again Helen! You were sooo helpful and friendly and should get an award for your customer service! I'm happy to be a new customer of The Co-operative with people like Helen working there!

We found the service from the Glenfield store and mobile mortgage manager very poor. They weren't that interested in looking at our existing loan that was coming up for renewal. The mortgage broker from the branch contacted us a week later after our enquiry (even though we were told it would be two days). She told us to just wait for the mobile mortgage manager to reply to our enquiry. We never had any contact! We won't recommend them to anyone and we have gone elsewhere for better service.

Dongming gave excellent service and explained everything carefully and answered all my questions. Will be using Co-operative from now on, exceeded expectations.

Great service, efficient communication and a really easy way to get all my banking done each time i go to the Co-operative bank Glenfield branch. The staff there are all very friendly, professional, patient, i especially enjoy the family atmosphere, looking forward my next visit.

If I could rate this bank a zero I would.We phoned to enquire about opening a joint account and were told this could only be done at a branch and not online. The representative on the phone identified this branch as our closest branch and I advised this was a 2 hour drive for us. We were told there was no other option but to visit the branch and they would be able to assist.We made a special trip only to be prevented access to the branch and rudely told we should have made an appointment, that we would not be seen without an appointment and that no appointments were available (despite staff sitting at desks helping nobody).Truly gobsmacked at this appalling service" from a bank who claims to set themselves apart with their service. If they believe this poor service to be what sets them apart

Set in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere, one could mistake it for a staff lounge in one of those tech companies. Might work too since a coffee and muffin bar is just around the corner.Staff (Maria) was very professional and got my insurance queries done quickly in a cheerful and polite manner.

I'd been with ASB my whole life; one day I just got totally sick of them and decided I was going to put the effort into choosing a new bank then changing over. Some of significant reasons I chose Co-op: 1. They are actually a New Zealand bank, most of the banks out there are Foreign-run. 2. They had all the products I needed like Debit Mastercard (Heartland didn't have this). 3. They are a Co-operative so they actually give money back to their customers each year.Anyway I've been with Co-op about 3 yrs now and they have been exceptional. No problems, no trying to sell me consumer debt products like ASB did all the time. All-in-all I would highly recommend Co-op bank.

Was the most awkward experience in a bank to date, 2 staff members working 1 thought it was a joke that i didn't know it was a cashless bank and the other didn't seem to know what day it was.

I don't see why I have to make an appointment when cleary you weren't busy when I came. Every other bank takes walk-ins why don't you? Very strange procedures.
