Great course with reasonable green fee. very friendly staff and members. The course has a bit of hills unlike other courses in Christchurch, which make the course interesting and challenging. situated in quiet location.

My wife and I played Bottle Lake Golf Course and also had a short ‘swing check’ lesson with the pro, Carl. Our lesson with Carl was excellent; he quickly identified key points in our swings that we should work on and was both supportive and reassuring. We then played a most enjoyable 18 holes. The course was in excellent condition; very consistent greens and the greenest fairways we have played on this summer. It was interesting and challenging golf in beautiful surroundings. We hope to return as soon as we can arrange our next visit to New Zealand!
