All my family have healthcare with NIB, it’s medical cover that serves for emergencies mainly. I love these guys , they are affordable and as I stated above, suitable for those emergencies life throws at us. Thanks to these guys my father is getting urgent treatment , something the public system doesn’t always afford. God bless them - Eric your incredible and my family can’t thank you enough for your service.

Been using their service for years now. No issues, staff always helpful over the phone. If the wait is too long they'll call you back. Urgent pre approvals always done in time. Thanks

Been with them for 8 years ,no issues what so ever ,claims & pre approvals always processed quickly , the only bad thing is that the mobile app stopped working lately.

Very rapid decline in service. Started taking forever to pay out claims. The wait to speak to a call centre agent is 45min to 1hour. Decided to move my cover elsewhere and they terminated me effective immediate altough I received confirmation on when my cover was due to end.

It’s really funny when they say “is there anything i can help you with” no, you didn’t help me at all. I do understand I didn’t fully read the document and relied on the unbearably long phone call “explaining” to me the “countless” benefits which i paid for the premium to be covered for all my concerns. I am a suicidal patient and I relied on the lies I was told on the phone call to coax me into applying with this company which turned out to be lies that I won’t be covered until either a half year for my psychiatrist visits and a whole year for any pregnancy treatments in the future. I am completely disappointed with how they rely on the document that would be sent to me AFTER signing up with them and AFTER the long unnecessary coaxing phone call. So what did I benefit from this insurance for this year? NOTHING. Thank you but I hope that peak know what they are getting theirselves into. If you sign up with them you are basically signing up to benefit from the insurance for a whole year later.

I applied for membership and needed to cancel it as my employer had already added me to another provider. Very professional and understanding.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I believe they are not well trained for their job. NIB premium is cheaper than Southern Cross, so there goes the saying, you get monkeys when you pay peanuts.

I really do not know what has happened to NIB since August 22 their service has gone downhill rapidly. From taking 3 to 4 days to pay out a claim to over a month to pay out. This is totally unacceptable service. After 2 emails to them I have had no satisfactory response. Hopefully a bad review may wake them up and warn potential clients not to use them. I have been a client for 5 years and have never experienced this before.

Dealt with our problem professionally and arranged plans over the phone. Great customer service.
