Unfortunately we paid double for passport fotos.They were a bit inflexible as to what we needed.All we needed was 4 fotos. We had to take 16 fotos and they were the wrong size. Cost us $79!!!

This review is for one the staff member at the pharmacy who thought it's okay to be rude towards another public servant this evening but will need to remember that's not the best way to show off assertiveness. Very sad to see that presentation. I do understand most people at work are under immense pressure but there is a way to take it easy.

1: I am generally pretty happy to be a regular customer for 3 years in this pharmacy.2: Confirmed with many times, address, name, and second name, She got very bored and very bad attitude and walk away.3: She said with some bad words in her mouth that I can hear very clearly. I can obviously felt her disguising attitude.Maybe she thought she is Maori, she deserve the first Maori new year public holiday, which I can understand. but I do not accept her attitude during working hours.

The best pharmacy on the North Shore. We have been going to Northcross Pharmacy for over 20 years now and have always found the service excellent. The staff are all so helpful and kind and go the extra mile to help. Scripts are always filled quickly, and the over the counter product range is excellent.Northcross Pharmacy also has the best range of gifts available too and I have bought many presents for family and friends there (and also things for myself haha!) The gifts are always arranged so beautifully too.

Terrible experience after coming here for 10 years.All the team and the male owner has always been superb , best ever but the female owner, super rude today,super judgemental to people of colour while she smiles and laugh with other customer of lighter skin, she threw a mask to me and it landed on floor and use a very negative energy method of communicating.If this is your genetics, I suggest you stay at rear and do not engage with customer as you obviously have issues and borderline racist and judgemental.Small mind for a pharmacy owner.But I have outmost respect for your husband and the team there.Very disappointing to have your demeanor,hope you get well soon

Thank you Northcross Team! Especially to Pharmacist Joyce! I rang up from Sydney to organise an antiviral for my Dad and Joyce was diligent and helpful in walking through the eligibility survey and finding out which antiviral suited my Dad’s exisiting conditions. Joyce also offered deliver down the down and other medication to help with Dad’s dry cough symptoms. Thank you so much!

Great pharmacy, however, the last couple of times I have called and asked for repeats, when I give my name or my childs name the person answering laughs every single time and says ‘well, you’re going to have to spell that out for me because I don’t know how to even start’ . We have māori names and although I understand its hard to spell, perhaps finding a nicer way to say that without laughing at our names might be a better way to handle things. I wouldn’t let it annoy me as I deal with comments like that all the time, however, this has happened a handful of times (last time being last week) and it’s actually not okay and very rude.
