As renters, we've had a fairly mixed experience when it comes to property managers in the past. Safe to say that Joanne was one of the best we've ever dealt with! She was always easy to contact, would get in touch with the landlord quickly if any issues arose, and what I found most important, was realistic about the responsibilities of both the tenants and the landlords.We had a great experience as renters that when our friends suggested they take over the tenancy when we moved out, we didn't hesitate to recommend it.Thanks Joanne!

We have been living in Mount Wellington and this was our first rental property with Ray White. I only have great things to say, especially regarding our property manager Joanne J. She was always on top of things, picked up the phone whenever there were issues and questions (hardly any over the almost two years but it was good to know that we were taken care of). I can say this as a tenant and can imagine as the landlord as well, this is a team you can trust. Thank you for your help everyone!
