I have known Phil and Venessa for years, they are fantastic trainers and great people! Phil trained me and my wife for 6 months, and he always worked around our busy schedules but also kept our sessions quick, effective and exciting so we got the most out of our time there. I was suffering with a lot of tension in my hips and shoulders with little flexibility. After Vanessa worked with me over a few sessions the relief was amazing and is still great after 2 months. The Fascial stretching enables a much deeper stretch and range of movement. I thoroughly recommend this treatment.
