Too expensive

Why charge only for what's advertised when you can charge more? Right!?Despite following the online instructions and paying for parking, I too received a $60 breach ticket. Tried calling the number on the app and website, neither worked..

Secure parking? Our car was broken into on the third floor. Someone walked in off the street and smashed the back window and stole laptop and gym bag.

Appreciate that this parking building seems to be kept in clean, functional condition (unlike many others around town). Reasonably priced for weekend parking, haven't parked there during the weekdays so can't comment on that.

Keep getting $60 breach notices (over and over again) about 50% of the time eventhough fully booked/paid online and following instructions perfectly (they literally have my plate number in the booking). No help on the phone, completely useless service, no one calls/emails you back or provides any answers. Takes hours of effort to challange the breaches and this is a recurring thing. Avoid if possible. Park at your own risk, specially if you have the time to challange all the tickets (make sure you keep proof).

Had monthly parking here and received a $60 breach notice every 3 days because they couldn't put my license plate into their system (I was parking in the correct spaces). Getting these waived each time was stressful and time-consuming as it's through a different company. Ended up almost taking Secure Parking to court over this and it took many months to receive a refund for time unused. I haven't had an experience this bad with a business in a long time, none of their systems work. A friend who parked here casually was also issued breach notices despite putting his license plate into the machine each time.

Easy parking on the bottom floors

I first saw few of the reviews is it safe or not, to be frank I almost agreed to not park here but I was in rush so parked here early morning and a took off at night time there was no fine of anything. Great service. Thanks
