I have done so many searches about massage chairs because they are not cheap at all. However. after all, I found ITSU sport model. I worked out the cost & the time I'm using this chair. The costs its reasonable fair. The point is this model is so worth to buy. I went Highland Park Branch in East Auckland.Lady serviced me so patiently. She helped me explained all functions. I really like there attitudes & services. You really have to try. Strongly recommended !

Just have my new massage chair delivered and installed this morning. Great chair, so relaxing, make my body and mind stress free instantly, so easy to fall asleep on the chair, just can’t have enough with it. Awesome product, great service, amazing people! The sales team, they are so helpful and friendly, the best service I’ve ever had.

Doris looked after my family and I at Sylvia Park and I would recommend seeing her if you ever want to buy a massage chair. She is knowledgeable, patient and understanding. You will get an amazing service and an unforgettable experience! Paul and his assistant delivered our massage chair this morning, and the set up went as smoothly as it can be. Paul was also knowledgeable and kind as he went through all the different options on the massage chair and gave us advice on the dos and don’ts. If you are a larger person, and looking for some humiliation, turn up here and be asked your weight before trying a chair then wait to be told you are too heavy to even sit on one. If your product is not robust enough for many people in NZ, there are better ways of keeping your product safe than outright ask people how heavy they are.

Wonderful chair and lovely salesperson Doris who explained all of the many functions of the chair thoroughly while ensuring we were always comfortable. Our chronic back pain is eased and relaxed after a long day with the massage chair. Service and delivery were also superb, this is a purchase we will not regret!
