I purchased a beautiful piece online from the gallery. They went the extra mile to send me photos of other options and then to sort out a shipping issue that arose (through no fault of their own). The standout customer service and lovely products would make me choose them as my first port of call for a special/significant gift in future.

We often call in to this gallery when we visit Whangarei. Nice selection of glass objects together with an eclectic range of other artists work. Love watching the glass blower's at work. Also close to a number of good cafes/restaurants.

I didn’t know about this magic place.I do engrave in the glasses and I love places where you can see how they working with the glass. Definitely stop here and buy something.

Great selection and variety of artworks available for sale. The glass blower’s studio at the back of the store is usually operating and open to the public, quite interesting to watch and I could watch for ages.

Wonderful glass and ceramic pieces and fun to watch glass blowing at rear. Very helpful owners trying to overcome NZ Post office now EXTREMELY exorbitant rates for exporting items. Beautiful original works. Well worth the visit.

This is always one of the.must see stops when we have visitors to Whangarei.and visit the town basin. Love to buy NZ art as gifts for special occasions from Burning Issues. Staff are friendly and helpful and watching the glass blowing is a treat.
