Parking Mode (Wellington Airport)

The young people who dropped me off at the airport 17/05 and picked my up on my return 22/05 were top class! Welcoming, friendly and made my parking experience very easy! Highly recommend Mode.

Booked parking for short trip. Drop off was out of hours and met at earlier than pre arranged time. Pick-up was as efficient as well. Will definitely use again.

Good overall service. They're close to the airport with a prompt shuttle service. Could do with a bigger sign!

Would not recommend this service, and won't be using them again. When we arrived to drop our car off there was no staff on site. The gate to the yard was open, lots of cars parked there, and the door to the office was unlocked, with customers' keys on the table for anyone to take. This lack of security is not something we want when leaving our car for a week. The staff member,with blonde hair, who did arrive and serve us had a bad attitude and acted as if she was doing us a huge favour dropping us off at the airport, even though it was part of the service that we paid for. When dropping us off at the airport we were told that when we returned after our trip we were just to come to the same spot where we were dropped off and she would be there to collect us. This made sense to us as she had taken our flight details.When arriving back at the airport after our trip we walked to the drop off spot. As we arrived there the van from Parking Mode arrived and we were glad of the good timing. There was another customer waiting there for the van. Two staff members were in the van and one (different to who we had dealt with before) got out and aggressively asked us who we were and why we were walking towards the van. We explained that we were customers and wanted a lift back to our car. The staff member became abusive, and we were yelled at for not having phoned them to collect us. We were so confused, as we had been told to just come to that spot, we were not told that we had to phone them. Even if we had, we hadn't had a chance to call as we'd only just arrived. We were very taken aback at the abusive and aggressive way we were yelled at, for no good reason. When we said that we hadn't been told we had to phone them we were told that we were liars it was in the terms and conditions". (A later inspection of the terms and conditions revealed that there was no such thing written in it).We were confused

Due to weather we had our flight cancelled and we couldn't fly until the next day. Staff I spoke with that night and the next day were very helpful as to our options and gave great service. We will certainly be using this company again.

She was very patient and cheerful, even though we held her up past your companies closing time. We did appreciate this service. We would most certainly use Parking Mode again. Excellent service from booking of storage of vehicle to collecting our vehicle after our holiday. Have used before and will definitely use again. Prompt shuttle to and from airport and excellent value for money.

Parking Mode is an easy facility to use and offers a shuttle drop off and pick up to the airport. The young man who dropped us to the airport was personable and very helpful and pointed out where the shuttle would pick us up from on return. The girl who collected us however was rude and obviously having a bad day and the fact her collection point was in the opposite direction to where we had been told, and that we couldn't find her, was a further displeasure in her day. She eventually met us outside the exit door and walked ahead of us to the shuttle and drove us to our car collection point with only a cursory enquiry as to our wellbeing on the way.She is the reason for only 3 stars.
