Not professional at all. From the top to bottom they are all useless. They move houses all around north island and they think they know the law but what a waste service. I hate your service and never ever recommend anyone to use PBR.

I have recently used the services of Prestige Building Removals to relocate my house. It was more than 400km road travel journey, Prestige House Removals used their latest Prime Mover, the WHITE HOUSE' and their fully equipped trailer to transport my Building. The whole team worked really hard to make my dream come true. Thank you Jason and the team at PBR.

This is a terrible company, they are aggressive, unprofessional, disorganized.We bought a house from ADH (he also owns) and after he promised to have it delivered in a month it took over 2 months and when they finally delivered it a month late he makes out like he was doing us a favour by doing it.Once the house was delivered it came with a dishwasher but with no power point for the dishwasher, the roof panels vibrated in the wind because they weren't screwed down properly and it failed the council inspection because they built the joists of the house wrong. When we asked him to come and fix the joists he responded by yelling at my heavily pregnant wife saying it's not there fault and the council don't know what they are doing.I would recommend that everyone stay well away from pbr and adh as it will be the biggest mistake you will ever make.

Worst experience of my life.Not responsive, very aggressive and completely unprofessional.I'd recommend anyone who thinks to use them....go somewhere else.They couldn't be any worse, we have met lots of people who had the same issues.They claim they offered to help fix the problems, but no I got abused and told I should be 'grateful ' what a bloody joke.

Shifting a house to a new site is not something we do everyday. Having to find an old house 1900/1910 to sit next to an 1887 Villa is even more challenging. From the minute I spoke to Jason, he was supportive, and as the process of Heritage NZ, Resource, Building and Neighbour consents dragged on, he remained so.From the team that delivered it in the rain, to the piling team, the experience was amazing! 6 months later people remark it looks like it was always there.. PBR were just awesome to deal with, we brought off them and they shifted our house from Auckland to Kerikeri. They were careful and took a lot of pride in their work. Great crew and great service. I would highly reccomend them anyone!

My car got scratched during a removal last night. Would have been nice to have received the notice on my windshield at least a day before and not a few hours before the removal… not very professional
