I was having back spasms/stiffness due to heavy lifting and Antonio allocated a time for me that evening after his busy schedule, which I very much appreciated.His treatment gave relief and I had more movement the following day.Antonio has a genuine, professional approach to a range of treatments. He also gave good advice on stretches I could do at home.

Antonio helped me recover from an injury through ACC. His patience, care, professionalism and expertise was exceptional, and I gained a lot of benefit from his treatment. As a former health practitioner myself, I recognise that Antonio has a holistic approach based on extensive study and experience, quite different from regular physiotherapy which is somewhat mechanistic and formulaic. As a massage therapist, he is very intuitive, finding exact areas that need attention. I highly recommend Antonio.

Antonio was extraordinary when I had a serious accident and a badly injured ankle. He helped significantly in my recovery especially understanding all the connectivity between ligament, muscles and how to modify for healing. I’ve been to many therapists and am in the natural health space and Antonio is one of the best.I’ve also recommended other people who all have the same experience

I have been visiting Body in Harmony with an arthritic knee and odd leg length I was lined up for a replacement knee. Antonio very quickly made an impact on both of these issues and now there is no inflammation and the pain and stiffness has reduced by at least 70 percent. Antonio has an extensive range of skills and experience to call on and has developed treatments that I feel go beyond the standard physio/mechanical treatments. I have zero hesitation is recommending Body in Harmony. Be ready to ready to meet and experience a compassionate and dedicated healer.

Outstanding body work! Long-standing shoulder pain resolved. Previously chiropractor, physio and osteo couldn’t solve it. Antonio is very good at identifying the underlying causes of symptoms. I can highly recommend Body in Harmony.

I have received treatment from Antonio on several occasions for musculoskeletal injuries. He has always been spot-on with finding the main cause, as well as other contributing areas, and providing immediate relief. In my experience, he is a highly-skilled practitioner, both in acupuncture and body work, as well as having a professional, relaxed and caring nature.

I would like to recommend Antonio as a Tai Chi instructor. As a cancer patient, Antonio helped me prepare for an 11 hour operation. Post-operatively, I found that Antonio's Tai Chi lessons often coincided with increases in my energy levels and sense of well being. Antonio's skills are remarkable. I went to Antonio with pain in my lower back, shoulder pain and neck pain. Antonio has managed to manipulate the back muscles so that I no longer have pain in my back and shoulders, and my neck is getting better all the time. I highly recommend Antonio's services to anyone. He's a master at his profession.

I had a treatment for a chronic stiff shoulder from Antonio. Some time ago, I had a steroid injection for this from an orthopedist but relief was only temporary. The treatment from Antonio was excellent and I have a feeling that the effect is going to be lasting.
