I've been with other national storage facilities that have been far more accommodating than the Manukau branch. Either they cant be bothered with extra admin or genuinely don't want to help their customers.I needed an additional 5 hours in order to move out of my storage unit and they said I'd be charged another month ($530) - non negotiable. So now I'm stuck here for another month.Northshore branches and central Akl branches are great though.
