do not use they dont back there workmanship and if you refuse to pay for a warranty call will take it and lodge with baycorp they dont care and will use all sorts of excuses to try get out of there bad workmanship

My old garage opener dramatically broke down and I found your service excellent and efficient from the enquiry call, through to having it installed.When I called your company and enquired about getting a new one, I was impressed straight off, with the clear quote to do the job and you fitted me in quickly. The installer did a good job and I am really happy with the quiet and smooth Merlin garage door opener. It really made this drama of my garage door opener breaking down so much less of an issue.

Our garage door stopped working so I phoned this company and spoke to Nicola. She asked for photos of the inside of the door which I provided. She then came back to me, by phone and message of a solution which worked. Fantastic.Nicola could have organised an inspection and repair at a cost to me but looked for an answer and provided the advice free and in a very friendly way.Brilliant service, I certainly recommend this company looking for help with their garage door.
