Purchased a Venison pie and & potato top pie today. Pies were both VERY average, plenty of meat in the venison pie but the pastry was way too thick and under cooked. The potato top pie was similar, pastry very thick and under-cooked, mince was very dry.

Great prices, no $6 for a decent pie. Chips were fresh, rolls have plenty of sauce n fillings. Can pick n chose your own salt n sauce which is nice. Great customer service, lots of food to choose from.

Worst experience ever at rays, the pies were disgusting and the chips were dry and undercooked. The rolls are no good either. Went to the bakehouse after throwing my food away and had an amazing lunch

Satay chicken pies are good, and their sugary cream doughnuts are really nice.. when they have them- which is highly unlikely if you dont go before lunch time

Having never been here before and after hearing all the radio ads, I was curious. I was staving, ordered a steak ham and possibly cheese pie. Rode down to the motorcycle shop intending to enjoy the pie while I was there. Managed to eat three bites and fed it to the workshop dog. It had the most bizarre flavour. I've eaten a ,lot of pies from Kapiti, this was the worst hands down.

Brought steak cheese n bacon pie & chips. Pie was delicious would buy again. Chios had been in the warmer while and were Luke warm. Fed the chips to the birds. Cost was resonable and would go again but would check on state of chips before leaving.

Used to be an amazing bakery for a sweet treat or easy lunch. Hot pastry items had raw pastry and the internals were jelly with minimal flavour. Staff lovely

So many options for pie and sandwiches on the go..And so affordable price...Been here when me and husband visiting his friend and we seen this take a way shop, so we grab some pie and coffee, and it was yumm... Staff are so kind..The store is clean and tidy..

Average height ginger kid was good, did a good job and was very kind, he used please and thank you, definitely deserves a raise also the pies are so good along with the sandwiches would come again.
