Exceed - we fix windows & doors in Gisborne

My experience with Exceed was terrible, its took weeks to get a quote and the quote was absolutely crazy. I was so shocked I had another company come out and check their quote against what was at fault and they fixed it free within 5mins as it was only an minor adjustment needed. I would stay well away from Exceed or get a second quote to compare. Disgusted and will at every opportunity make sure I tell people of my experience. Should be no star but you have no choice but put a single star or could not leave a review. Review Part 2: Exceed replied, I would love them to come and show me what parts they were planning to use as they said they were obsolete and the doors just need adjustment for approx $2000.00. What planet does this sound right?? I could have hired a lawyer to do this cheaper. It 5mins, 1 screwdriver, DONE. Carried out by a qualified builder that was too embarrassed to charge anything.

These guys come to have a look at your job say they do u up a quote then nothing for 8 weeks I know it's covid times but this is ridiculous and when u email them still nothing I am rotorua based so not sure who covers that
