It's always good to know that the driver also rides a bike. He knew where to place the straps so they didn't cause any damage to the motorbike. When he delivered the bike off at my house he kindly put it in the garage. Excellent service

Horrible and rude customer service with a middle aged lady (don't remember her name). Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere not worth the trouble.

Am happy with the service I received from GHL in mid August this year, firstly with Di who explained the process that was involved with insurance claims etc and secondly with Leah who was helpful when I went to see my car and later when I called again for more guidance.

Worst customer service in NZ, but police uses them. Very rude front reception who took ages to do paper work and pretend they don’t hear you clearly. Paid 970 dollars for towing the car from mangere to otahuhu, and didn’t even offer me any receipt at all! NO INVOICE NO GST so I didn’t even know what I was paying for. They told me my car will be ready shortly but I waited 4 hours+ to get my car … Nobody has contacted me during the process. Don’t want to deal with this company ever again.

During the 3 weeks my vehicle was stored at GHL, items were stolen from inside my car. Will be filing a police report.

MARIA, supposedly the manager at GHL.Phones me to organise a car being towed. Sends someone on friday to address without confirming. Rings to complain the cars not there and her towing guy is on site and waiting. Is incredibly rude when I told her, not my fault. I still use the car for work and you didn't confirm anything with me. Told her that same phone call I'll be home that day If you can send someone between 4-4:30. No response. No call back. No attempt at contact. Waits the weekend then sends someone on Monday again without confirming. Monday I am sick and in bed all day. I wake up to find my car missing.They have towed my car without any confirmation or attempt at contact. Because I was unaware they would be coming, all my work gear is now in storage and I cannot go to work until I retrieve it. MARIA was rude, snarky and no help at all. When asked to speak with someone else, her response was Noone else wants to talk to you. When asked for the manager, her response was SHE is the manager. She showed no accountability for her lack in communication which caused this whole thing. Wouldn't use GHL ever. A company which prides itself in rudeness and stupidity. Shame on you. Especially MARIA.

Bad experience! Still trying to dispute the amount being charged to us to retrieve our stolen vehicle from them. Communication issues that were out of our control are not even being considered and they have a too bad

Had a accident didnt know who took the car.Finally found it.Was told the car was impounded for 28 days.After 28 days I tried to get back the car they say the police has let it go after 3 says had no contact of any sort asking for 2k of parking fee.I would like the car back of normall regulation of what 500-600per month..? any I way just let them have it and did not contact but people should know.Want apology and some sort of payment cause even if I put it on trade me or anything it I could get couple k.

Downright rude, unapologetic and and arrogant attitude, I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.I dealt with them re my stolen car with valuable items in it. After charging a hefty fee, they simply left my car with windows down, on the side of the street outside their yard without notifying me they had done that, assuming" I would come pick it up - in other words
