After a very negative experience at an opposing store today, my faith in customer service and people was restored after a visit to Repco Nelson. Even before I walked in the door I was greeted and welcomed. They went above and beyond to help me. All I can say is thank you so much. I will be returning and even in these modern days, one thing is still true - how you treat customers is the bottom line and what will keep them coming back. Thank you.
