ASB Waterfront Theatre
Absolutely gorgeous theater in Wynyard Quarter. Comfortable seats, not a bad view in the house, lobby area is stylish and cool. Lots of food and drink options available in the theater - including the option to order your intermission snacks ahead! Before or after the show enjoy the great restaurants and a walk along the North Wharf.

Great venue. So good to have a theatre in the Viaduct. Would like coffee to be served even if it's late.

The show was good but the seats were probably the most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat in after an hour and a half. Sore back and sore buy. I don't even know why because they look fine. Nice clean theatre. Viewing was good. I was seated in the top 3rd to back row.

Amazing space to enjoy whatever is happening there. Nice to be able to take your drink in acrylic glass to the theater to enjoy. Beautiful location by the water. This space should be used more and more for hosting events for everyone's pleasure.

Amazing theatre, great facilities and well kept theatre. Went to see King Lear here which was amazing. Will definitely come back here to see other shows again.

Small theatre but wide and easy to see the stage even from the back. Nice layout of the foyer and upstairs entrances. Right next to all the shops so a great place to spend the evening from afternoon til dark.

A beautiful theatre with an attractive, modern interior design. I liked the rake of the seating and the stage visibility was excellent. I saw King Lear" here and it was a well-realised production."

The theatre is in a great location and is good for hosting different events. King Lear went for nearly 3 hours and we were comfortable and had an excellent view. We were amazed at how well the stage was used, especially as there’s seating behind it. Would definitely go back to see more gigs here!

Lovely venue though only having toilets on the ground floor of 3 floors is not ideal. It was a full house on Sunday and the lift wasnt really cutting it. The only alternative is the spiral staircase.
