We were the successful buyers for one of Scott's propertiesScott is very professional and knowledgeable about the Franklin area. He let us look through the open homes without following us around and pointing out the obvious (here's the bathroom etc) like some agents do! He was very approachable, warm and gave the right amount of information.The lovely gift that was couriered, the day after we moved into the property was a really nice gesture.

Scott clearly has a great reputation with the vendors he represents. As prospective purchasers of a property he was marketing, we had a different experience. Considerable effort and expense is involved in preparing an offer. Scott indicated to us that he would be prepared to submit an offer of $2m to the vendor, but declined to ascertain whether such an offer would be acceptable to the vendor. We understand the property subsequently sold for $2.85m before we could present our offer, suggesting that our proposed offer was never going be of interest to the vendor. Scott’s conduct was professional and courteous at all times, but we were left feeling mislead and disappointed.
