Very friendly stuff, the service provide was great!

The prices were the best I found for the gear I was after, but what impressed me most was how quickly I got the items, I bought it around 10pm on Tuesday and it was at my front door in Lincoln, Christchurch by 2pm next day!

I bought a 2006 Nissan Xtrail from these guys a few months back and I gotta say, Thanks guys, I'm liking the driving experience, it has all the bells and whistles I need, Cheers

Zero star..worst purchasing experience ever.Bought the car from here, the back tire worn and touching the safety indicator(Geoff says it still pass the WoF, but the fact is it’s still legal to drive but NOT SAFE especially in winter under 3mm, it has 2.5left) , interior is not clean, back brake pads need to be replaced immediately as it is making squeaky noise, Aux port not working(not a cheap fix), mirror camera supper blurry and need to be replaced, did an inspection, doesn’t have mechanical issues, just CVT transmission need a service, Nissan quoted $350.Negotiate the price got it down from 9950 to 8750 only just covers all the repairs and maintenance.Then the very next day of my ownership ,both keys don’t work, and turns out only one key is a genuine Nissan key(assume the battery died further investigation needed)and the other one is unknown thing that could only open the door does not start the car. I called them to arrange to to get another working key. When asking about the other fake key, he said he couldn’t figure out how to use it either, as we argue about it he then denied they never advertise two keys however they did put it in the advertisement photo.I argued that buying a car from a dealer should have both keys working，and should've told me there is only one working key before buying so I am aware before making a purchase decision. However, Geoff blamed me for not recognizing the other ‘key’ is not a Nissan key, saying I should’ve done my research, says a trained automotive salesman. he made a bunch of excuses and denied any responsibility. Good luck with that attitude doing business…Those proximity keys are really expensive to replicate. As I enquired multiple suppliers, cheapest quote is $340, asking the dealer to share the bill with me as an alternative, no agreement but excuses and denial.The talk did NOT end well with Geoff , the professional sales person, yelling “fuck off” over the phone.. really sick of those guys , dodgy place to avoid. don’t expect any basic customer service here.NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

Really good friendly staff, they were more than happy to let me take the care for several test drives. Unfortunately after purchase of the vehicle the engine warning light came one, an issue with the emission sensors. They sorted right then and there, can't recommend more. I will definitely pay them a visit in the future when I or my partner need our next car...
