Not worth to buy from here. I recently purchased a duvet inner from the Albany branch, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was the product underwhelming, but the price dropped significantly, more than $70, just 4 days after my purchase. And they won't any price guarantee for the purchase. I will not buy anything from here and I will suggest all my friends to buy from Briscoes

Really disappointing service today! I love this shop and will never no back to this one. Staff were making signs while we were waiting there too get served, I think serving a customer is priority don’t u? The customer beside us had too say I think u should serve those customers disgusting ! The manger was the worse of them all. No wonder the staff is so rude.

A lovely shop to visit and such a variety of homeware with some amazing sale prices at tge moment. There was two sales people on tge day I visited and tgey were both very friendly and helpful.

Store is well laid out and the staff very helpful. This used to be a national brand store that sold a good range of quality goods at reasonable prices. In recent years I personaly think that the general quality of the soft furnishings etc has deteriorated to reduce prices.
