Our new home was built in Aotea (Wellington) through Latitude Homes. We were extremely happy with how the build turned out especially given it happened under the pressures of the pandemic. The quality of the build is superb and we are loving our new home. I was most impressed by the continued support we have received from Latitude after the build was completed. Big thank you Amanda & Alix and your team (Ryan & Ben)!

Latitude Wellington built our new home, a slight variation of the Whakamaru design, on our rural block in the Wairarapa in 2021.Working with Stefan, Amanda, Alix and the team at Porirua was incredibly easy - they made time to chat when we needed (including after work) as we made some changes though the design process. Things moved reasonably smoothly through consenting and into the build phase despite foundation issues and navigating through COVID. All the contractors used were also excellent to deal with and we continue to use their services today. Our only slight negative was a change in the builds project manager/s early on which wasn’t clearly communicated to us and led to a lot of confusion at our end.We love our new house, it is a beautifully designed, incredibly warm and well built new home and was very well priced compared to many other local builders we considered. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Latitude Wellington regardless of where you’re building in the Wellington region.

Thank you Latitude Homes for building our first home! It was our first time to build a home and we were told that behind the excitement are stressful decisions and unexpected twists and turns. The section that we wanted our home to be built was not as steep as others in the Wellington region, but the wind factor is really strong here in our section. Latitude was willing to take on the project.Our home was a mix of standard and non-standard specs. They used good quality materials and they were transparent with the costs. The build wasn't without hiccups but Latitude made sure things get sorted.The actual physical build took roughly 9 months to complete; June 2018 until March 2019. I guess 8 months if we exclude the holiday break. We were told by friends and colleagues that it should only take 6 months to build but as Alix mentioned- “he doesn’t want to compromise the quality of the build”, which gave me confidence in Alix and Latitude.Latitude was already with us almost 3 years ago from the planning and paper works. Alix, Amanda and their project managers supported and guided us throughout the entire home building experience. When I signed the contract to build our home with Alix and Latitude, he mentioned to me that “the key to a successful project is communication” and I’m glad both of us are in the same page. Since we have someone from the Latitude team that communicates with us and for us, we were shielded from most of the stress of building our home.Overall, I highly recommend Latitude Homes giving them 4.5 stars. The Wellington team is a pleasure to deal with especially Alix and Amanda who are trustworthy and easy to talk to. If we get the chance to build another home, I would gladly ask Alix and the Latitude team to build our next one.

I built my first home with Latitude homes here in Wellington, Alix and his team made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress free from start to finish. Their communication was great and any problems that arose were quickly sorted out and managed properly.I couldn't be happier with the build quality and the time it took to build my new home. New build Latitude Home in northern suburb of Wellington. Big thanks to Alix and Amanda with expert guidance through the house building process, and were knowledgeable and honest in all their dealings. The house is an infill house, so site access and other issues had to be negotiated and solved. Alix and Amanda were amenable to plan modifications. There were a few hiccups with the build, as one would expect, however these were always quickly addressed and sorted through excellent communication and willingness to meet customer expectations. The build came in on budget. I am very happy with the end product - a warm, comfortable and well built house. Thanks Alix and Amanda!
