Fantastic service from Mark in parts!! I phoned at 9am Christmas eve looking for car mats for my Commodore, he sent them to me via courier to Rangiora, they arrived at my door at 11.20am!Hard to find outstanding service these days so cheers to you! Thanks so much! Merry Christmas!

I took my car in to get electrical problem fixed. Told them the problem when I booked it in. Went back to collect my car they told me what I told them in the morning, but they charged me $250 & suggested I go to another auto electrician. They make $ even when they don't do anything!So much for GM specialists. Never again.Since this post Blackwell's contacted me and discussed my post. They agreed this was not acceptable and gave me a full refund. Well done Blackwell's for keeping an eye on customers feedback and acting on it.

Awesome service from the team at Blackwells. Very friendly and helpful. Took my Captiva in for a service and a couple of repairs and I couldn't be happier. My car is now running a lot better than what it did the last time it went in for a service elsewhere. Thanks Blackwells.

Popped in just to satisfy my curiosity on the Silverado HD, unfortunately only Silverado's on the showroom floor. It was still fun to check out and drool on though...Helpfull and friendly staff to answer my questions to accommodate a tire-kiecker like me. Thank you.

Called this morning but no answer. Sent an enquiry via their website around lunch time but no reply as of 7:30pm. Even Work and Income are easier to get ahold of than this.
