If I could give 0 stars, it would be great.Here’s what happened-Went in around midday as ordered 2 tank detox.I told them not to put ice in them and the lady said we can’t make any changes as this is what it comes with.I replied that if you can please make it an exception it would be wonderful but the lady was adamant to make any changes to the drink.The reason why I said no to ice was because I had sore throat.Just can’t accommodate a simple request.NOT RECOMMENDED

Man I'm going to need a double juice after walking into this sauna. I know it's hot outside but it feels like 100% humidity inside here. Harsh start to a rating like this, but I almost don't want to wait for this smoothy and juice inside, and I can't imagine what the workers feel like.Guardian juice was quite the ginger drink, but the strawberry lush smoothie is great at least.

I got my first tank the other day, the Half Tank Mega Green, which was surprisingly delicious. It was also quite filling. I would come here more if it was more affordable.

Got told to wait 15-20mins until we can order when there were only 4 people waiting for their orders. Don’t know why this place is still running, they’re always short staffed. Smh.

Went to get fresh juice few mins before closing around 04/01/21 5:23pm the only worker there (a female)was not ready to make fresh juices and advised only smoothies can be done because they are going to close in few mins.Was not really pleased with the response, especially with the hot weather this was very frustrating to hear.Tank needs to make sure they serve their customers until their closing time.EDIT : after reading through few reviews, I can see a lot of people have complained about the lady who serve, why isn't Tank not ready to take any action? Will never prefer this store anymore and not recommend it too.

I do not like the new ordering kiosk. The listings are in too large of groups, and not in any logical order. It's impossible to find what you want.

How come there is only one girl (Asian girl with yellow hair) working in the store while there are 10 customers standing here to wait? She cannot even know who came first to serve!I have been to this store every Tuesday because I really like the kiwi guy who made nice smoothy.The Asian girl’s hair is now black, not yellow anymore. Every time she made my smoothy, I feel like it is not as nice as it should be because I also go to Tank in mount Wellington and Tank Sylvia Park. I don’t know if she follows the recipe properly or not? Otherwise why it tastes different?

Before I went two different times on the morning, the staff told me they do not have some type of jucies（almost all the drink can't do） and salad with bad attitude, when I just come in and haven’t decided . And I'm trying see the menu on the order machine. The staff told me very rudely that the machine was not working. I said I was only watching on the machine because I was nearsighted. And today when I went to the shop, there were only 3 people in there (including me) she said we need wait 20 minutes. And also the same drink what I usually get， today's taste is different from other shops. Very strange and bad.
