Absolutely amazing service! Genuine person who really has the technical and people skills to deliver ! I left feeling not only confident in the knowledge I gained but also just generally happier than when I first arrived. Service like this is rare. 150 percent would reccomend to anyone and everyone who needs guidance and support with your hearing :)

We’ve dealt with Chessie for awhile now and have only gotten around to leaving a review for such a lovely lady. My Dad needed hearing aids 2 years ago and my Dad was anxious about wearing them but Chessie was very reassuring and an absolute professional, kind and responsive to my Dad’s needs. When we need batteries she’s always been very accomodating. Highly recommended. Thank you Chessie ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great experience when consulting with EHearing. Felt the environment was very friendly and welcoming. Person was very understandable that I had to change my appointment, person listened and gave great advice on overall ear health.Had some custom ear plugs made up and they are leagues better then anything you would get from a pharmacy.As a person who gets very anxious when visiting any medical premises, it was very refreshing to visit a place you felt very relaxed.
