Scripps were absolutely amazing and I won’t be going anywhere else for my future electrical needs! They were easily the best value electricians in Whangarei (and I received three quotes from other electricians in the area for the same job), they responded promptly, did an excellent fast job of installing a brand new oven, the customer service is a breeze and pleasure to deal with, my electrician showed up on time and kept in contact with me leading up to the installation date, he was lovely and professional and they have an easy invoicing process! I am looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Very good service from the Scripps technician on two separate occasions, who checked my old (10 - 22 years) appliances, gave useful advice on whether it was worth repairing, whether parts were available, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He repaired the washing machine and oven, and I replaced the fridge.

Super easy to work with, very quick and efficient work and they definitely know there stuff

Our washing machine, was making horrible sound when in spin, realized would be bearings, also our dryer was making high pitched noise, (was very very old) so rang Scripps to see if they could look at. They were very busy, so asked if possible to take into their shop. We I didHad a few calls with all the lovely friendly ladies there and few emails as well. Long story short neither were worth repair, well maybe washing machine, but that was getting up to $1400.00.When buying a washing machine ask questions especially about the drum etc, we had purchased an AEG but found out that the whole inside of drum was one unit couldn't just take out part that needed repair.A couple weeks later asked a bout our oven ( door not closing properly) again very very old and again price was getting up there so at some stage will need to get a new oven.Can not say enough, the office ladies and they guys out back friendly and helpful.Laura Millington

Call out fee - $150 seemed steep but well worth it as a one off.A valve was quickly identified by Harvey who returned, fixed the Bosch dishwasher. Total bill $350 as expected. I can not recommend every aspect of this company's work. Scripps are a shining example of what a repair business should be. To top it off - Shelley, the manager, asked Bosch if they would cover the cost, which they did ! Even though out of warranty. Bosch 5 stars too.

Had the best experience from start to finish. From arranging appointments & times to collecting our faulty washing machine and diagnosing the fault which turned out that the machine needed full replacement. We then had our new replacement within 3 days. The previous company who carried out our work had our machine for 2 months and was still returned back to us faulty. We then seeked help fromScripps & the service we received from them was miles ahead of the company we used first. It was nice to have a pleasurable experience & we would recommend Scripts electrical to all of our friends & family in the near future. Big thanks to Tom, Shelly & the team.

Scripps are a great company to deal with. Very professional and knowledgeable about servicing electrical equipment. Have used them for many years and will continue to do so. Helpful staff and the owners very helpful and communicative. highly recommend.

Tried to buy parts for oven very unprofessional staff taking calls, so went to office after waiting for a call back to be told part needed to be ordered. . Made a small purchase 6 days later still waiting for an email with invoice.Fortunately found a far better place with parts half the price as these guy's.

These folks are incredible! Harvey and Shelley were so helpful in getting our older dishwasher running again.I’m definitely not a technical person and was impressed they were able to explain things, so even I understood.It was also obvious to me they use genuine, not knock off, replacement parts.Glad I found them.
