Although our reason for visiting this time was very sad, Simon was, and is, amazing to deal with. Such a lovely manner, and he helped us understand we were making the right decision to have our beautiful cat Pipi put down (he got a blood clot and couldn't walk). If you want the best for your pets then I highly recommended this business.

Great vet and reasonable, Simon the vet is very knowledgeable and has the pets care in mind first and foremost.Not there to sell you meds but to treat as best as they can before prescribing medication.Highly rated

I have gone to this practice a few times now since I adopted my cat Ders 6 months ago and every time I have been so pleased with the service and knowledge.The Vet, Simon, is very kind and caring and has taken such good care of my cat and also enlightened me to things to look for in regards to my cats health.The whole staff I have interacted with have been very lovely and helpful, both with Dersie and myself! I would high recommend!

When I asked if there were any appointments tonight the receptionist sniggered and said they are booked out till next week. The response was rude. I polietly said thanks anyways And they sniggered i said it was an for an emergency but never mind and they hung up on me.
