Went and bought a meal they got it wrongi didn't realize until I dropped of to an old disabled grand mother poor thing she start eating from it before I arrived back and pick it up and change it for her she was asking no rice in my meal when I took it back after I called and told them that se ate from it they said why did u eat from it and start telling at me and screaming was disappointed from that kind of not having customer service and dealt dwith it in an unprofessional manner not to mention I hade to do 4 trips for such a meal and be treated like this.Irritant nd very rude to customers

This place is underrated. We had the crumbed tarakihi and chips the other night which was really good. Not very oily and the slice of tarakihi we had was massive and enough for 2 adults. Haven’t tried the other dishes but would be keen to try them now!

Unfortunately I've had to review my original rating from 4. Was very disappointed in our order on the weekend. The fish & battered muscles were over cooked & very dry. Also ordered a bacon & egg burger that came with no meat pattie. In the plus side the hot dog & chips were good.

Haven't been to this takeaway for years although do live in Ngaio so close by. Unexpectedly went last night (20 /3/2021) and ordered three meals. My adult sons and I were very impressed with the quality of the food and the generous portion sizes and decided we would make this our regular for takeaway. Hence I was so impressed I decided to come here to write a review. Haha then I see the previous reviews about small portions and rudeness of staff. Well I can say those reviews must have been noticed as the meals were tasty and definitely worth the price from other places I have visited recently. Yes the man serving appears grumpy but I don't think he means to be he is just not a talker and the woman made up for that with a lovely smile and an 'enjoy your meal' when the food was ready. Give it second chance, you won't be disappointed.
