Alexandra has been absolutely incredible in guiding me through some of my traumas. After the first session I noticed a huge difference in my overall wellbeing let alone the sessions following. Alexandra is so knowledgeable and has a very caring nature which is so reassuring and she always checks in to see how I'm going and gives me resources for further research and development.
