Went for a WoF and the service was great! Knew what time I was able to pick it up and then also got a text when it was done. Staff were professional and nice. Will definitely be coming back here again for any car needs.

Chris and the team did a great job on our son's car. We were kept informed on progress and called when the job was complete. The pricing was very good too. We have used Birkdale Motors before and will continue to use them in the future. We highly recommend them.

I had a sound coming in from brake pedal and i visited first time Birkdale Motors at Beach Haven. I was glad to connect with Chris. He was just prompt to get the checks done. Found him friendly and the work he did, i developed trust in them. Highly recommended!

I took my Mazda MPV in for repairs, the engine was making a clunking sound on acceleration. Within 5 minutes of me dropping it off they had found and fixed the issue (loose bolt) and called me to come back and pick it up. They sent me away with no charge. These guys are the real deal. Outstanding service.

Chris and his team are so reliable and are good communicators. We use them for all three of our work vehicles plus our personal family vehicle. Great service, always checks the price with you before go-ahead, highly recommended.

Very rude. Went to ask for the WOF but being told to book. I was waiting for the office to be open so I could book an appointment but was told again to go away and call. When asked if any appointments are available this week, the answer was NO, rolling the eyes at me. What a rude staff! They seem to have enough customers to behave like that. I will never go there again.PS. Cannot reply to your reply. Please do not twist details. I was not offered any appointments and I arrived only 15 min earlier and was waiting patiently for the office to be open. Your reply just shows where your staff learning their manners.

I needed a WOF and service. It was my first time using Birkdale Motors and they are in my area so I thought I’d give them a try. I was very impressed from the moment I called to book my appointment. James was pleasant and excellent communication throughout until I picked up my car. Reasonable pricing and great service. Highly recommend!
