I love Citta but the customer service at this particular store is unbelievable. Two staff member couldn’t even say a simple “hello”. Too busy talking about their weekend. Most definitely won’t be returning here. I would think a store will high quality products would have much better staff. Very disappointing!!

This is one of my favourite interior decor outlet stores. As well lots of knick knacks, they also have a good range of linen, bed quilts, furniture and some clothing. It's a great place to visit regularly.

Terrible service, and bad quality productBought the black leather cross-body bag, and within two months the strap had broken. That was fine, these things happen - took bag back to the shop to get a replacement. The staff member (pretty sure it was the manager, as another staff member went and got her to deal with my issue) was rude, cold, and non-apologetic, although she did agree to give me a replacement bag. I got an identical replacement bag, and within three months the lining had come away from the bag. I didn't bother going back to complain, as couldn't be bothered dealing with that terrible service again. Such a bad quality bag for $160, which isn't cheap.
