Fast and ready service. No mucking around and the prices are hard to beat as long as you're ok with common brands (which I am). Took 20 mins to change tires and send us on our way. Thanks Don Tyres. Highly recommended.

Top selection of tyres for most makes. If on a budget they also have retreads with plenty of rubber on them at a great price. Highly recommended

I moved here from Tauranga a few months ago and I had heard about this place through a friend!!! Definitely worth it, very fast and efficient !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Came in and bought 2 new tyres. Only had them for 4 days before before I wound up with a flat tyre and had to call-out for a repair because they didn't replace the old, cracked tyre stems when they took off my old tyres. Really disappointing to buy brand new tyres and still wind up with a flat only days later.

Very unproffessional owner ..srilankan guy don who said he is the owner of that workshop rude behaviour to the customers ....said one price for a tyre over the phone and asking more price once the tyre been fixed ...showing his culture to the customers ...today I was asked to get out of his workshop when refused to overpay ....I think its a shame to his culture and I would defntly record not to go t this place for repairing ....I reminded him that this is newzealand and need to respect each other ....but his staffs are friendly and very nice ....know this fellow who is claiming to be the owner of the shop very well .... he is not the owner of the customers ....should call police next time ...please stay away from this greedy fellow who don't want to respect or behave professionally to the customers ...paid his money and went from the scene as the other staffs were friendly and understandable ....showed his staffs the proof that the price he told me initially was less and now changed to another....

Not a very pleasant experience dealing with one old guy today (seems to be staying at the garage, could be the owner). Reached around 8.45am, was second in line. Left almost 2hours later because they were serving people who were there to get all the tyres of their vehicles changed instead of someone like me who had only one. No professionalism or ethics at all. When I asked when will I be served, was told by the old guy that the one who came in first. Unfortunately the first guy was still there when I left. They try to work on 2 to 3 cars simultaneously. While you may be one of the cheapest in town, your service today was nothing less then pathetic. You lack basic customer service skills, your tone was filled with rudeness when confronted. Remember no customers means no $$$ that u crave for. Felt sorry for the worker who was doing his best to serve as many as possible. Learn to appreciate peoples time. Be humble and polite.
