The coffee is foul, it's burnt and cold. The floors were so slippery, the floor cleaner was using a bottle of god knows what slopping around a filthy mop. If I could give the Maccas a -0 I would.

The manager at this store is so lovey. He is always pleasant to deal with and is always working as hard as his staff, has a lovely welcoming smile. For this, 5 stars!

Store is definitely not 24/7 just went to get some food at 3am and the drive through looks like it’s open but when you drive up to the speaker the workers say that they are closed and not serving customers. Front doors are locked so you cannot get inside to order.

Do not mix up with the one inside the airport , this is the one outside of airport.We went there last night , drive thru was long and busy so we order instore.Service was super fast, order nicely arranged and all correct. I could feel the crew in this restaurant work closely as a team with energy which is so different to other store we visited.

This is NOT a 24 hour store, staff make all sorts of excuses to not serve customers at night time. I've come several times at different times after a late night flight and have been told 'they are changing the menu', not sure what kind of menu takes all night to change. The owner needs to pay attention.

So honest, my wife drop her cell phone with a $50 note from morning 8.20am Until night time 6.30pm just realized. Finally we get back our cell phone and the $50 note back. Thank you very much ! The honestly keep warm. Thank you very much !

I recently visited the McDonald's at Auckland airport and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the electronic ordering system was working well. This made it easy to place my order and get my food quickly.The drive through at this location was also very efficient and well-managed. I was able to get my food and be on my way in no time.In addition to the good service, I was also impressed with the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the restaurant. It was clear that the staff take pride in keeping the place well-maintained and clean.Overall, I had a very positive experience at the McDonald's at Auckland airport. The well-staffed, efficient service and clean, well-maintained facilities made for a great visit. I would definitely recommend this location to others

McDonald's Airport Drive Thru
Extremely busy mcdonald's being so close to the airport, so takes a while to get your order. Staff were pleasant enough and the burgers ordered were fine. Coffee was really well made. The restaurant it's self was clean, overflowing rubbish bins. I'm not sure if they need more staff but the wait time was really long inside the restaurant, but it is what it is.
