Called up to complain about the multiple bags of chips purchased being passed the best before date. Was told that the staff was told by the boss to relay to customers that this is a best before date not expiry . Clearly this complaint wasn't the first.The lady in question refused to even replace unopened bags with some dates being as old as December 2022. No warning to customers, and no discounted price. Poor service. Daylight robbery.

the biltong here is excellent!cabanossi to die for!try the chutney chips, im addicted!friendly service and a wide selection of South African foods.butchery section with south African meats and sausages.a big selection of South African candy and lollies.herbs and spices etc.if you're a South African person and you miss the taste of home, this is definitely the place to come to!convenient location in fashion island.usually parking nearby but the car park can get busy during peak hours.
