Matt Moore has helped me to repair my Heat Pump. It was only 6.5 years old and the initial installation by Smiths City was faulty and caused a catastrophic failure to my Pump and they would not help at all. Blamed me for lack of yearly servicing! These are the words of Cameron, Manager at Smith’s City ChCh. (I was looking at having to buy a new Heat Pump). I’m not happy with this business and I won’t be dealing with them again.The Gas Leak Valve was left on and it was improperly installed.Matt Moore was able to get a new Compressor courtesy of Black Diamond who generously donated it to me.
