What was reported was just the tip of the dishonesty and evasiveness I encountered with Universal Imports.The motor vehicle traders register has filed a first instance of non-compliance of a MVDT order

Great company with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great range in stock and covers all sorts of customers. John sold me an A4 Audi and it was a really painless process. John and the company were swamped with insurance claims from the cyclone at my time of purchase but John didn't once miss communication with me and kept me up to date with the entire process including when my car got registered so I could have insurance ready once I picked up car etc. Great company, great staff. Cheers guys :D

I write this review about 2weeks after I bought my car from them. I have been visited both branches. The owner of the city branch gives me a piece of information about West branch friendly. And John in West dealership, he is really nice person. I inspected cars without pressure. After I bought my car, there are several small troubles such as jog dial was stuck in the right-side. And He arranged and figured everything out for me. He knows how to treat his customer. He is super kind and truely has looked after my car. They have a good European car selection. Highly recommend!

Really bad shopping experience ever!Never seen such an untrustworthy dealer ever！1 - the car we bought has no brand logo sticker, no Bluetooth and even no tidy up. the sales man promised they will provide them when they have them ready in few days.2 - however, they never did. All the excuses such as holiday or out of town blah blah. they will do nothing after you paid, whatever they promised.3 - such a liar sales man and a car dealer not worth to trust.4 - u dont believe it? go and buy a car then.

Terrible service! Tried to buy a vehicle for 6+weeks. Advertising cars that are not road worthy or ready to buy. Can never get hold of them, don’t answer calls, no reply to messages. Gave up in the end. 0 stars

Great and seamless car buying experience ! Andrew was very attentive , honest and accommodating , he is a great bloke and very knowledgeable and focuses on cutting costs so he can deliver best deals on the cars. After agreeing on the price he arranged all the wof , rego and paperwork pretty quickly and kept me updated through the process. Highly recommend !

I am truly mortified to hear he is still operating & negative reviews are being removed. This man & his minions are taking advantage of and targetting the vulnerable with dishonest and intimidating" tactics."
