I went in to return and item and the team in there were fantastic, piper and their colleague (they weren’t wearing a name tag so I’m unsure their name sorry!) went above and beyond to help me out. Amazing service and great presence in store ❤️

I experienced rude customer service, from the guy who wears glasses on last 01/11/22. I asked if they can transfer the game from New Lynn to St Luke but answered rudely while he was polite to other customers.

Rude customer service. The one worker, who has short hair but use to have long hair and worked at the EB store in Queen Street and now works in St Luke's EB, shouted at me because I took to long to answer his question. The manager next to him did absolutely nothing. It seems he enjoyed his worker shouting at a customer, then the manager said your name is difficult to spell as if it was my fault. This happened years ago but I feel it is important to express and expose this. It should never go under the rug.

Really nice team, went in with socially awkward teenager who doesn't like to ask questions. Said teen proceeded to ask question, stumbling over words, staff member says, it's ok mate take your time! (In empathic voice) Really awesome of the chap, teen gets words out feels better about interaction with so keeper's now. So thanks chap (sorry didn't get your name) keep up the mad customer service skills!!!

The manager is so rude. Had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the combative, arrogant manager here about a simple exchange. He made it impossible. Had to drive across town to another store and they did it no problems. Get the feeling he treats people rudely so you have no choice but to ask to speak to the manager so he finally gets to smuggly snap I am the manager". It's like he's baiting people so he can say it.He's one of those people. Hope this store makes the necessary changes."

Overall this is my local gaming store but the service are really average. there are only few staffs knows what they doing and how to speak to the customers rest of them specially one of their chubby coloured hair staff member is always showing no patient and sometimes being rude on you. There are some other female staff members just basically lack of knowledges for gaming. It’s a nice small store with majority of wrong staff members. Hopefully it can improve in the future. Thanks
