Ninety Mile Beach - Hukatere Access Ramp
Nice to drive here, but need a bit more careful because the sand (road) is slippery.I have seen one of guy who riding the motor cycle almost fell due to the sand. Also, to many rubbish in this beach. The left over from fish fillet is all around the beach.Beside that, the view is nice..

Gravel road access. Neat camp at the bottom though. A bit of parking. Hear the surf, seethe sand dunes and walk along the beach. Delightful!

Would have been nice but is ruined by the fact people can drive on the beach. I don’t want to go to a beach and be surrounded by cars and people driving cars dangerously, and I definitely don’t want to share the beach with tour buses. Ridiculous that in a country supposedly concerned with our environment we are allowing vehicles on beaches, leaking oil and other rubbish all over the place.

Only worth going if you have a 4 wheel vehicle ,we didn't so just a very spacious beach, not a lot to see, not a swimming beach that's for sure!
