Here is the best opportunity to be part of a highly ethical company, with true New Zealand values, that is, taking care of each other, giving back, open and honest, and no flashy frills. This is the best Kiwisaver fund manager available, hands down.

This is an organisation that has delivered on it promises, lower fees, non profit and ethically invested. It has its clients at the heart of all its policies. The personal approach from all the staff makes you feel that you are very valued and even the boss, Sam, welcomed me to the organisation. I can not express how helpful all the staff have been when I have contacted them with an inquiry. I have convinced several friends to join and they are as satisficed as I am. Come and see for yourself you wont be disappointed.

I joined simplicity in the early days because of the reputation of Sam Stubbs and the low fees they charged. Sam called me weeks after I joined and put a friendly face to what could have been an impersonal investment transaction. I have been very well rewarded directly financially, and also through the great community work that simplicity undertakes. I actively promote simplicity to family and friends and suggest you do some research and make the move, you won't be disappointed.

This is the most friendly, helpful investment organisation I've ever dealt with. Unlike the 2 banks I'm forced to continue with, Simplicity staff have bent over backwards to answer my questions and make things work. I've been a member from near the beginning (about 5 years) and have persuaded several members of my family, and others, that this is the best Kiwisaver/indexed funds investment option. Can't speak highly enough of the staff I've dealt with over the years.

I love that Simplicity Kiwisaver is a non profit organisation. The profits made by the Australian banks go offshore and are excessive. Not good for NZ. Listening to Sam Stubbs talk, l share his approach and like his way of working. He lowers fees, gives to charity and builds houses. All power to him and his team now and in the future. I tell all my friends why they should join Simplicity. X

Very happy with Simplicity - I have been a member for a number of years. They have always been responsive, understanding, and helpful when I contact them. The ethical investing and donating profits to charity is a great bonus, and founder Sam Stubbs has a meaningful public presence in the media in interviews and opinion pieces.

Simplicity is a great Kiwisaver option because of its fundamental goal of helping our community, whether through financial education, through improved retirement savings outcomes for members (low fees!) and of course through the donations to effective local charities. And that's just the start - as Simplicity has grown it has been able to be even more tangibly useful, such as providing mortgages for first home buyers. I'm a proud Kiwi to support this kind of venture.

We joined the Simplicity Balanced investment fund in October 2021. It was recommended at the time by the Herald columnist and others because of their low fees and the passive nature of the investment. At May 2023 our balance had dropped by 5.5% over the past18 months. This investment fund represents a significant part of our savings. We consider, in hindsight, that we should have stayed with Term Deposits.

Love the values of this company and how they give back to the community. Very happy with how my KiwiSaver is performing! They present updates and financial info in an easy to understand format. Highly recommended.
