Have borrowed from these guys a couple of times and this time will be the last! Log in to check my remaining balance after I paid my weekly payment yesterday only to see they took the money themselves later that night leaving me in sever overdraft! Balance says $300 odd, but my repayments add up to $160... Definitely fishy! Don't do it! If I could rate less than 1 star I would!

Does not even deserve 1 star. I have been back and forth with these guys about a payment I made that they cannot seem to locate. I have been at them for well over 3 months now trying to sort this and the generic response I get is my payment is pending as they await confirmation from my bank". First of all

Can I sue these scammers, I've been up to date with my payments weekly, but everytime they email me my balance owing goes from $800 one week to $1000 another and keeps going up down up down, this is ridiculous I've been paying my loan since October last year. I only got a $300 loan and now I have to pay back more than triple the amount I asked for,I barely have enough money to support my wife and newborn son

My experience with them has been awesome. When I needed an extra $500, they had me sorted in no time. Yes the interest was high but I paid it back early. Great communication with MyFi at all times. Real amused at some of the negative reviews.

I tried to set up a Direct Deposit for my final remaining balance, spoke to a representative over the phone to confirm this would settle my loan, I was assured it would, only to have them then completely change direction, saying I owed them nearly 7x the amount, and that I had authorised a direct debit for nearly 3x the amount. Every time I've called them (except when I first applied), I was put on hold for over half an hour, and one time was hung up on as soon as I got to the front of the queue. I've tried using their instant messaging service, but only get responses every other day, and have not had a reply to my email as of yet (2 days ago). If you're desperate for money DO NOT use this company, or anyone associated with them.

Absolutely terrible loan company!! We have been asking for months now to send us a detailed statement of what we have paid and what is left owing to finalize payment but have had no response apart from messages giving us another amount to pay. We cant even login to the website. We have now stopped paying them

Truly they are scam artist.If u could give 0 stars i wouldThey tried to charge me twice in one week. When I confronted them about it. They informed me, saying we have not received payment from you. Even though they sent me both a text and email stating they received payment.I tried to straighten it up by calling them but they Refused to pick up my call, I was on the phone with them for 3 hours before I was over it and hung up. I tried to call numerous times and they didn't answer.The only way it was resolved was when I threatened to involve the police.They also overcharged me i originally had three large repayments of 150 weekly that i made sure to pay early.At the end of me paying everything off they send me a bill that i had to pay them $6.17 and wouldn't explain why. I paid it to them just because i didnt want them to use that as a reason to make me pay them more.But i let them know i was going to contact the police further about what they were doing.A couple of days later i was refunded the $6.17

THEY SHOULD BE 0 STARS THEY SO BADTHESE GUYS are total ripoffs they give you the money then, they mess you around with payments taking more money out than they should be, when you ring the up you're on hold for 60 plus mins to get cut off in the end. had to get a lawyer to write them a letter to tell them to stop taking out more money then they were meant to... within 2 days of that letter being sent, my debt was handed over to collections company with a $1000 in made up feesIF THEY WANT THERE MONEY BACK THEY CAN TAKE ME TO COURT AND THEY WILL LOSE AND THEN WE SUE THEM FOR DAMAGE TO MY CREDIT RATING
