Highly recommended. I bought a car three months ago from them. Due to some issues, car got broken down the other day. Even though I had full mechanical insurance to cover the repair cost, I discussed my options to replace the car with one of their current listing. Without any hesitation, they took the car back and made arrangements to fix the car.If you are in Hawkes Bay, and are looking for a quality automobile and a friendly after sales service, these dealers should not be missed.

We had the pleasure of buying not just our 2 cars but my daughter's car through Online Auto cars and dealing with Rob was the best experience ever! What a pleasure it was to be assisted with so much help and friendliness. He was so understanding and even gave us a loan car as we are new to the country and had no cars yet. Bought my car off them Feb 2018. Test drove it and ummed and ahhed about it for a week, went back and test drove it again.. And then purchased it. Friendly as, helpful all done quickly. When the car had a leakly trans hose a week after buying it (common problem) rang them, told them they sorted it. Recommend 100 percent

Good selection of cars.the dealer( Lee) was a nice guy and i never felt like he was trying to cheat us, gave us a good deal. The dealer also sent the car to novus to fix a stone chip, and the rego was up so he also purchased a year rego!!I highly reccomend this dealership!!!! And thanks to Lee the dealer who helped us he was awesome!

Sold us a car at over 20 thousand$$$. cool! We traveled 70 thousand ks in it (not much) had dodgy rust repair jobs fixed and tidied it up good to be offered $10k trade in. When asked to explain you can be sure to recieve the its the market value" stereotypical car shark explanation. These guys dont value customers or repeat business. Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earnt cash else where.You're welcome!"
