We have been dealing with this company for over 3 years now to build a 65sqm minor dwelling. Can’t get any support from them. Plans were incomplete. Materials, when delivered, were mostly wrong or incomplete. The company has changed ownership multiple times and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get any help from them. We have somehow managed to make it to the stage of CCC application and we are missing all sorts of documentation. They are ignoring our requests and just straight up ignore us.As of today, this process has cost us almost nzd $500k and counting. For a 65sqm minor dwelling. It has and is still creating huge amounts of stress and torn our family apart.Please stay away from this company as they clearly have no idea on how to handle customer service and don’t even know how to provide the most basic service you hire them for.
