Staff were super helpful! Mostly friendly. Was great with communication. Definitely prioritise their clients as they travelled to Ōtaki on a late Friday afternoon just to make sure I wasn’t left all weekend without a key.They were amazing!

Very impressed with the service from this company, after going to multiple locksmiths and dealers that said my transponder keys couldn't be programed or coded .. well these guys came to the game and did exactly what I needed. So if you need good quick service , these are the guys.

I purchased button batteries and they died within one day of use. When I brought them back with receipt, I was told that they do not do exchanges or refunds for batteries and if I have a problem then I can speak to the owner because she just works here". As they are a small business

$15 to get an auto key cut and I supplied the blank key?! It literally took 1 minute. It's also a badly cut key which continually has to be reinserted to work. Never again will you get my business...
