The lady “helping” me reeked of cigarettes, had a completely rude demeanour, and spoke to me like I was a child. I was browsing for a pillow and said I was looking for a memory foam one to help my neck. Then proceeded to tell me “why would that help” I mentioned how my step dad has one and it helped him to my reply “his necks not yours that doesn’t mean anything” both in the most disgusting tone. The whole conversation pretty much went like that, blunt, unhelpful and making me feel horrible! At one point I almost walked right out.

I wish to acknowledge the kind and caring help given to me by the staff member who was working on Sunday 25/07/21This lady (I believe, possibly, South African) went beyond normal assistance to be of help to me.. This was greatly appreciated and I will continue to support this store in future.

Service is everything and thats what I received from Katy. Outstanding service and pleasant over the phone and in store. Working in retail is not a walk in the park, it is hard work, long hours and dealing with some rude customers at times can be deflating. Thank you and keep it up ladies!

I work in customer service so I understand how it can be but today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a store. The lady helping me was completely rude, spoke to me as if I was incompetent and knew nothing. Never going back.
