Renee was great to deal with and the furniture hire and equipment was fab. There were not enough nibbles and the main food from the food truck was ok but not really what we expected. The rubbish collection was not done as planned the next day and the venue owners became upset with us about this. Unfortunately due to the flooding and road closures they may have been delayed. When we called Renee about this she was quick to sort it out.

AMAZING!!! We were lucky enough to have Beacall service our wedding and serve alcohol and help with clean up as well. The staff were SO SO lovely and they were so helpful with everything. Being we are from Christchurch and had our wedding in the north island it was hard to plan but Beacall made everything so easy and just honestly helped so so much. It made our day even more special and I just highly highly recommend for any event!!! Thank you so much Beacall team!!!!

BHS, where to begin! These team of wonderful humans made our wedding ABSOLUTELY amazing! The food!! OH MY GOD the food!! We had so many compliments throughout the night and through the following days from our guests just loving every aspect of what BHS provided.I can’t thank you guys enough for everything you did and provided at The Hall, thank you specifically to Renee, Mike and Nicola what a team! Communication, follow through, service, products, just everything was spot on!Our day wouldn’t have been the same without you guys! The Beacall Hospitality team were amazing! At our wedding they looked after everything to do with the bar, the tea and coffee station and the clean up at the end of the night.Renee was awesome to deal with in the lead up to our wedding, answering all questions and putting my mind at ease. Unfortunately she tested positive for COVID a couple of days before our wedding but made sure this did not affect us at all and had Bianca take over on the day.They went above and beyond and even helped clean up all our decorations around the venue. Could not fault this team and all our guests spoke very highly of them. 1000% recommend :)

These guys are absolutely amazing! We got married at Old Forest School last weekend, and they had the bar under control! They cleaned up all of our bottles and glasses, packed away into the trailer ready for collection the next morning. We had ingredients for a punch and they made that up for us. The bar looked incredible when they set it up for us. Can't recommend them enough!

Me and my husband had the pleasure of Beacall Hospitality running our wedding and my bridal shower, and boy did they set the bar high. Michael and Kayla made everything so seamless and easy from the catering to décor and marquee, to the smooth running of our entire day. every idea i brought to the table they exceeded the expectation. the food was absolutely delicious and our guests were over the moon with the quality. if we ever have another event Beacall Hospitality would be my go to for it all.for anyone looking for a one stop shop for their wedding or event this is your go to company. thank you beacall hospitality wouldn't have been the best day of my life without your amazing hard work.

What an amazing company. Michael and his crew pulled off the most beautiful wedding! I felt so comfortable to get in contact to discuss things here and there. I gave them my vision for my wedding and let them work their magic! Renee's attention to detail was so good and she set up a working layout and transformed a boring old lawn into our reception location! The food was amazing and so was the desert. Our day ran so smoothly with Michael and Renee making sure everything was perfect and to their high standard. I could not recommend them enough to handle your special day! Set up and pack down was so smooth and the lines of communication were always open if i wanted to ask any questions! We used Beacall to cater our food for our wedding of 150 people, plus three of their bar staff. From start to finish, Renee and Michael were fabulous to deal with. Answering all questions and also giving guidance on timings etc. Everyone who I spoke to at and after the wedding raved about the food, and that there was so much of it. The bar staff were incredible, so pleasant and helpful. Thank you so much!

Beacall Hospitality Solutions were incredible on our special day. They supplied everything from the seating to the wedding arch, signing table, glassware and wait staff, also helping to dress our reception venue which looked amazing thanks to their fine eye to detail. Michael and his team were easy to deal with, professional and courteous, offering us exactly what we needed and more. They sorted everything from the liquor licence at the ceremony, even offering security (not needed) and took every headache away. Mother nature played her part on the day so Michael even offered us alternative locations that BHS has access to. They go the extra mile.I couldn't recommend BHS any higher!They will forever be my One Stop Event Shop.
