Outstanding customer service. I didn't get names but was on Tues 13th.

The staff member was super helpful and gave me lots of tips as well as showing me multiple styles. They helped make a long awaited purchase very positive. Got exactly was I was looking for and had a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

The staff are all very friendly and chatty. Good range of popular shoe brands (Nike, Doc Martin, Timberland etc.). However, their stock isn't always very good. Overall a positive shopping experience.

Not sure if they're running a children's shoe shop due to sizing availability, but once I found a shoe I liked in the most common size - the sales person craftily tried foisting a shelf pair with built in grub marks all for only $290.

Terrible experience. I bought a pair of Tommy Hilfiger white canvas shoes for $180, along with their shoe protector spray. I used the spray, wore the shoes the following day and one of the shoes got wet.The shoe TURNED BLUE! The insole of these shoes are made of bright blue foam.A pair of expensive sneakers should not get ruined after getting wet one time!I tried to take the shoes back but the store manager would not accept my explanation. Basically saying he didn’t believe me and sent me on my way.This is extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially when I had even bought their shoe protector spray at the same time as the shoes.. I clearly wanted to look after them.I have contacted the Platypus Customer Service to hopefully get this resolved. I will write an update when I hear back!

I have purchased shoes here and was astounded by the customer service i received by Amy. She was very patient and helpful, with a positive attitude and a bounce in her step. she had a wealth of knowledge about the shoes in store, and i purchased more shoes than i otherwise would have because of her.she was also good looking. I believe she is an exemplary employee and should receive a pay rise and a bonus, and high praise from management.

Was hunting for a pair of shoes and the sales people were not interested in helping. Had to go to the counter before I was acknowledged with a pair of shoes. On the other hand the platypus in the city centre were very helpful and friendly
